NICE SCALE WITH EXTRAS
THIS IS A NICE SCALE WITH BONUS FEATURES. BETTER THAN OTHERS AVAILABLE IN ITS PRICE RANGE. GOOD VALUE.

The one second seems to be working
I received my first scale three days ago. It worked fine for the first day. The second day it decided to reset itself every time I tried to step on it, even after waiting for it to zero out. Due to Amazon’s amazing customer support and the fact that I live within an hour of Seattle, I got a replacement scale today.

This one seems to be working much better. I’ve weighed myself throughout the day and it seems to be within a pound or so each reading. It is reading about 6 pounds heavier than my $10 dial scale we bought 5 years ago. Tomorrow I will be weighed at the doctor’s office and will know which one is more correct. Either way, I can add or subtract a few pounds as long as it is consistent, which this one seems to be. Now hopefully this one works tomorrow.

Inacccurate, prone to getting dirty, and just impossible for large feet.
I have owned this scale for a few months and I’m buying another one. First, it’s impossible to clean between the glass plate and the metal, and it’s rather gross. Second, I have never had the same reading in a row ever, it’s impossible to figure out where to put your feet especially since the curve will not accommodate the arch of very large feet like mine. Third, it takes forever to start once you tap it and it shuts off quickly once it flashes. I would recommend investing in a good scale.

Expected a longer life span
I purchased the iron based on Consumer Reports’ top rating. It worked well enough for 3 1/2 years except for a problem that occurred when I changed ironing board covers - so much steam went through the new cover that the resulting condensation damaged the finish on my hardwood floor.

I’m discarding the iron today because of dark scale-like debris that falls out of it. The scale problem started a few months ago and has become intolerable - I spend more time cleaning it up than I do ironing.

Awesome!
I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this iron and it was well worth it! This really is a great iron. I’ve never owned one that works this well…even with linen!

Great iron for the price
This iron replaced an very old one that I had, also from B&D. This one is light weight and has very effective steam. Everyday-type wrinkles in cotton come out easily. Tough ones need more steam and pressure. One slight problem is that the steam comes out in large drops from time to time, but not often. Generally not a problem, but owners should be aware if ironing very delicate fabrics. Other than that, it’s a great iron!

Good Knives
Good knives for the price. Very sharp, good looking , and with good weight.

Cut the cutlery
Extremely disappointing product. Minimal usage and rust spots appearing on blades after first cleaning in a dishwasher. Food is generally difficult to remove even when hand washing.

A very attractive set but difficulty to get really clean which makes you not want to use it. There is quite a bit of flex in the blades also.

Wood highy reccomend.
Works great. I would order it again. I will also be able to use it as a basketball goal for my kids during the pool off-season. It will take 2 people to put together.

Very nice assembly
Very sturdy assembly and full size hoop. So far its been a lot of fun. I only wish they provided a drain plug for the base. You can still drain by removing the two top filler caps and tipping it to the side though.
