Product Description
In sleek black, to go with some of today’s newest MP3 and other audio players. Originally developed for professional musicians, the E2c combines Dynamic MicroDriver speaker technology with a sound isolating design to deliver rich, full-range sound while blocking outside noise — ideal for enhancing your listening experience with portable MP3, DVD, and CD players as well as all other audio sources. The E2c’s in ear design works like an earplug to block background noise naturally. This enables you to listen comfortably at lower volumes — even in loud environments. And unlike bulky headphones utilizing active noise cancellation technology, no artifacts are introduced into your listening experience. Sound isolating earphones are also much smaller and don’t require batteries. The E2c’s speakers are constructed with studio-grade components, producing outstanding audio clarity that allows you to hear your music like never before. The E2c’s cables pass behind the ear - out of sight and out of the way — to provide a more comfortable, discreet fit. Plus, the E2c comes with a stylish, compact carrying case. The cable spool inside provides a convenient, tangle-free way to store your earphones.

Very good, with some caveats…![]()
I received these the other day and have a solid 2 days at the gym of using them. So far so good. For 60 bucks, they are definitely worth it. But if I had to pay the list of $100, I would have been disappointed. A couple things to note, the wires are really thick. Which is great for durability and the fact that they don’t tangle easily, but they are sort of heavy to run with, and are kind of awkward to stow the extra length while working out. Also there isn’t a TON of cord. I wear an armband and am average height, but if I kept my ipod in my pocket and was a little taller, I could see having some issues with cord length.
Because of the sound isolation (which is very good), any movement with the cords can be heard through vibrations in your head, which is sort of annoying. However this can be easily fixed by tightening the cord with the sliding do-hickey below your chin bonnet style. (I wear mine under my bottom lip because I find it less annoying than under the chin even if I do look like a moron).
Not that it really matters, but they aren’t the sexiest of earbuds either. They are slightly larger than I would prefer, the v-modas are much cooler looking. I also would have liked an option for a white cord for my white ipod. All in all though, the sound is just short of great (some deeper lows would be nice) and any shortcomings are avoidable or superficial. Good set of buds for the price
Fantastic buy![]()
These earphones have proven to be nothing but great for my listening experience, my working experience, and my hearing. No longer do I need to crank up the volume on crummy headphones to blast over top of the chaos inside a subway car, nor do I need to choose between music and a screaming baby or earplugs on a jetliner. The answer is simple; earplugs that become earphones. That’s what these earphones are. My work productivity has improved due to better focus and a near total lack of minor distraction in an otherwise noisy working environment.
These also stay solidly in place when riding a bicycle or performing gymnastic moves. And best of all, the level of sound quality is so good that I can hear very subtle sounds even beyond the music, such as the occasional glitch in a computer’s DAC unit (mainly when there’s no actual sound being played).
I might just buy another pair, and I’ve already bought a pack of replacement foams. Those foams are great but they do get kind of nasty after a few weeks.
Very satisfied![]()
Includes a variety of ear pieces so you can custom fit to your ears - even mix & match to get just the right “sound seal”. Took them on the plane and could easily hear movies I was not able to hear with other phones. Nice carrying case included. Satisfied with the comfort and very satisfied with the performance.
